k, so I know that the leafers are a valuable source of income for Camp Fortune...but man o man, they stop the f-ing lift EVERY time they load or unload these people!
It wasn't bad yesterday until about 2pm, but after that it took half an hour or more to get up the mountain! We were doing less than 2 runs an hour! WTF!
Tomorrow I was going to go riding, last day of the year and all.....now I'm not so sure. Damn leafers! ![]()

Bromont was infested with leafers yesterday!! It was quite annoying at times.
I almost hit one. "Dammit, I missed..."

I came close to knocking down an entire family (3 or 4 kids n their parents) it was a blind corner and they all went scrambling. We yelled at em to get off the trail, they yelled back "we're trying, we can't find another way down!" haha, try the ski runs maybe?
Anyways, we also got yelled at for riding the illegal trail (and they were right to do so, but that trail is too sweet not to ride)....There was a couple walking along the access trail and they got real scared when I blasted by them, we kept going for a bit then stopped and we could still hear them yelling ![]()

Well, I didn't go finally. My rear brake piston is cracked and leaking a bit. I didn't notice until I was about to leave. Dammit!
Oh well. Season's over for me. I got in 18 days of DH riding this year, which is pretty good imo
