......finally I got out for a 62km road ride. Only got a small amount of rain, the roads were mostly dry

yey! i did a good day of DH at CF. I rode only the harder trails cus the easy ones are full of mud. Awesome

Only problem, I totally messed up my right side pedal. I broke the body of my Shimano 647. Right where the axle cap and cage attach. Fck! gotta get new pedals! Funny thing, I think it happened the first run, but I only noticed it when cleaning the bike at home.

Damn rain,

We had 3 hrs of indoor work only today and the rest was outdoor stuff but it keeps pissing on us here. So we did our planning for a 1400 sq. ft. deck to be built starting next week.

Every day it rains so don't know if it's ggod to go for a ride, take out the boat or even do work outside the house. It stopped for now here but since I have the rest of the afternoon off I'll maybe go ride up the ski hill and back down from the cross. Got some pretty steep rocky technical stuff and than in the woods with roots and a few bridges. Not many people ride that area and especially not a day like today so me myself and I very piecfull.

I was pissed off cus I'm without the truck for a couple weeks and I need it for the work I gotta do at the farm. But since its raining, I can't do the work anyways.

Rained out again, got to Camp Fortune just as the thunder rolled in. We hung out in the parking lot for awhile but it only got worse. Driving home it was pouring.

So I now have a wet bike and gear, but I never even got riding. Fvck!

OK, now imagine being 1 hr away from the boat launch and the sky goes to hell. That's what we had to deal with today and some people must have thought I was nuts to go through the Dorion channel under the bridge @ 80kph.

I have to shuffle my work every day or 2 because of this rain.

Just back from the MonkeyFest at Kingdom Trails (East Burke, VT) and between the beer abuse, we managed to get few good rides. Kingdom is definitively the place to enjoy with a single speed. Yesterday, we went to Millstone to add a little bit of technical riding spice to the weekend and the trails are simply awesome! Pictures to come.

Not much rain today, only a couple sprinkles. I did 15 runs at CF, I got tired and came home. Awesome day, and its gotta keep me going for awhile, I'm on vacation beginning this week so no more DH until Labour day weekend :\
